Customer Inquiry

  • The process begins when a customer submits an inquiry about a package, based on their business needs.

Send Business Proposal

  • A detailed business proposal is shared with the customer, including requirements, package details, and other relevant information.

User Registration & Login

  • The customer is registered in the system as a user. Login credentials are securely sent to the customer’s registered email address and mobile number. Login credentials are securely generated.Using the provided credentials, the customer logs in to the User Dashboard under the appropriate category.

Payment Process

  • After logging in, the customer can see the Invoices section in the sidebar. After navigating to Invoices, select the payable installment and click “Pay Now.” The system redirects to a secure payment gateway with Online or Bank Payment options. Once the payment is completed, the invoice status updates automatically, and a confirmation is sent via email and SMS.

Easy Self Content Editing

  • Customers can conveniently update and manage their own content through the system. The platform provides a simple and user-friendly interface, enabling effortless text,image, and detail updates without technical assistance.
